We were in search of a home in an unfamiliar area and were fortunate enough to meet Andy Spears at an open house. We were not quite ready to purchase at the time but Andy stayed in touch (as did a few other agents). The difference is Andy was timely and very professional with his communications. He regularly sent us information about the area, responded promptly when we had questions, and sent personal notes when he found new listings that he thought we might be interested in. Throughout the exploration process we never felt pressured to buy so when the time came to actively look for a home we knew exactly which agent to choose. Andy genuinely wanted us to find the right fit for our family. He told us not to settle and we would keep looking until the right house came along.. When the time came to put in an offer, Andy was well prepared with the comps in the area and served very much as a buyer's agent in the negotiations.
